The building has two above-ground floor levels.

On the ground floor, there is a warehouse for materials with a reception area attached to it, additional storage for fasteners, technical room. There is also an area with toilets, including for the disabled, as well as a small room for storing cleaning and hygiene materials.

The second floor of the building is partial and occupies only the northern area. On him, accessible from the main staircase, a service area with administration is being formed in the northwestern part of the site, meeting room, a small manager's office and storage room for archives.

In the eastern part of the second floor there is a distribution corridor (accessible from the administration part, as well as from the second staircase provided in the building); area with domestic premises, rest area and storage for fasteners and equipment.
